Is it possible to credit/non-credit courses for the summer?

Yes! You can credit/non-credit F section summer courses until June 6th via ACORN. This is also the deadline to remove a credit/non-credit that you applied to a course, so keep this important deadline in mind, since it is very difficult to reverse a credit/non-credit after it is already on your transcript.

If you think a mark for a course might be important for graduate or professional school applications somewhere down the line, it’s probably a good idea not to credit/non-credit it. In addition, if you’re taking a course to fulfill a program requirement, you should not credit/non-credit it, since it will no longer count towards your program if you do.
